XI Forum of Brewers and Restaurateurs

March 23-24 will be one of the most important events in the beer world of the country – XI International Forum of Brewers and Restaurateurs. The event will bring together Ukrainian and foreign brewers, restaurateurs, technologists, marketers, manufacturers of equipment and raw materials in the Dnieper. The organizer of the Forum, the media group “Technologies and Innovations”, has prepared a rich two-day program.

The organizers invite to the Forum the owners and directors of restaurants-breweries, mini-breweries and breweries, home brewers for whom the word kraft is not empty sound, brewers, technologists and laboratory workers of breweries, producers and suppliers of raw materials, yeast, equipment, containers and packaging , representatives of beer and not only retail chains, pubs, bars, beer shops, beer importers!

The beer event is hosted by a real brewery – the restaurant-brewery “Stargorod” (1 Stolyarova Street).

The basis of the institution is beer. Here are cooked three varieties: “Ten”, “Wheat”, and lager. Belgian yeast, Slovenian malt and Czech hops are used to make beer. The process of brewing beer on average takes: “Wheat” – 30-40 days, “Ten” and a lager of 2 months.

According to the brewer, the key to delicious Czech beer is raw materials of stable quality and clean equipment.

Note that Stargorod is a place where you can not only taste beer, but also taste Czech beer.

Historically, the Czech Republic is the legislator of “beer fashion”. Most beer snacks and beer-tasting dishes around the world were served in Prague restaurants 100-150 years ago. Classic Czech dishes still remain the same as many years ago and are still a source of inspiration for the best brand chefs. Stargorod dishes complement beer, fully revealing the taste of the drink.
